Custom Painted Nintendo 64 Consoles

One of our first projects as a team, Nintendo 64’s painted at a professional automotive shop. Our friend Zak finished one as a gift and we decided to finish a few more to sell at Toronto Fan Expo 2014.

We started this project by disassembling the consoles and cleaning and refurbishing back to factory settings. The shells were sanded using many grits of sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish where they would be taken to a professional automotive shop to be painted. We brought the shells back and put them back together. Bundled them with extra memory and they were ready for our booth.
