We were commissioned by Xbox to create custom TV mounts to fit inside the front of sports cars to allow guests to play Forza Horizon 4 connected to these luxury cars.
Our job was to elevate TV mounts and allow the console and cables to hide behind. We had to make accurate measurements as we did not have the cars available for the entire build process. We mainly used MDF since it would give a clean, smooth finish when painted. Sandbags were put on the bottom to weigh down the stand with the TV mounted. A black cloth was draped over the back to hide the power source, etc.
Overall, this was a fun project where we got to hang out with luxury sports cars and help promote a new Xbox title!
